Did you have c section or normal?

So I used to put an ice pack down there... it helped a lot after my first delivery. I also took 800mg of Motrin which the dr told me to just pick up the otc 200 miLigram and I would take 4. I don't remember how long it lasted but it helped! Hoping the second time around I will deal as well as I did the first time. Hope you get some relief soon!

@jennwilson Thank you. I guess I'll be asking for more otc in a week, I'm almost out and its only been a week.

@nahla, if you call the dr they will send you a prescription to the pharmacy something stronger. Don't suffer, call! I'm sorry you're feeling so much pain.

Have you gone to the bathroom 💩 lol. I know it sounds crazy. But after I had my first daughter my stitches where I tore got so bad I didn't even want to sit down. Then I ate oatmeal which instantly sent me to the bathroom and all of that burning and pressure pain was gone. Even though I was terrified to go.....

@sexxymama83 Yes, I've gone to the bathroom. I tore really bad to like an inch away from it being all the way down. It hurts to go to the bathroom 😭😖 so I just go slowly when I have to.

Oooooo chile I can understand that.... Try hot n cold compress. Make a diaper ice pack. Take a baby diaper fill it with water and freeze it.

@jennwilson Called the doctor, and talked with the nurse. They said just use Tylenol and motrin 😭 I use my pain pills and two motrin and it still doesn't work. How is just Tylenol and motrin going to help?!😢
