My son JUST started teething, he's 3 months old, he actually started running a fever because of it so check to make sure she doesn't have a fever. If she does give her some Tylenol. I don't suggest using oralgel just yet or putting the teething toy in the freezer just yet because she is so little still it could end up being to cold for her so just let her suck/chew on the toy not cold. What i do with my sons teether is run it under cold water and i give him Tylenol incase he gets a fever or is in a little bit of pain. When he teeth start cutting through is when I'd suggest a frozen teether and some numbing gel.

@nessa614 they normally start teething 2 1/2 to 3 months it just depends. Yeah her gums probably hurt i would give her oral gel and teething toys

Shes probably starting to teeth, does she drool? Freezer teething toys help tremendously
