My son is one month old his doctor tells me to feed him 3 ounces every 3 hours. When he finishes his bottle he seems not satisfied. An when I tell his doctor I feed him more. He jumps on my case saying I'm gonna make him over weight. If my baby still hungry I'mma give that that extra one or two ounces to fill him up.
I just started my 3 month old on rice because she was nursing every hour. Do what you know is best. Some babies metabolism is quicker then others. Personally I'd get a different doctor if they won't listen to reason
You know best! My daughter is eating 2-4 ounces every hour to 2 hours. An nurses on demand. She's 11 1/2 pounds They know when their hungry@addie.w
My son would eat 8 oz every two hours at 2 months and still be hungry my dr said oh just throw some cereal in there you don't need to worry about weight till like two
It's best to feed on demand, not limit a growing baby, especially so early in their life, when they go through several growth spurts. Most doctors are happy as long as the baby is eating regularly, has wet and dirty diapers frequently, and is putting weight on. You're baby will not become overweight by 1 month, or even 2 months... I would get a second opinion or a new doctor.
