I use it and it works. I buy 6 boxes from Amazon at a time. It's cheaper then stores. I drink It Cold. It's pretty good and helps the flow!

It should but pump as well ... if I would of known to drink the tea as soon as I gave birth It would of been more effective that way. But @kminarae, everyone is different .

I think my flow is slowing down I think. My baby is out of town for 2 weeks and I'm on medication for a sinus infection. So would it help now? @momoftwo2017,

Great although I used it when my supply started going down .. MOSTLY effective if you use it right away
