Mamas I keep having contraction feeling cramps but I'm not sure if its contractions cause it wont go away. What could it be? Im trying to walk it off but not helping.
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
What do contractions feel like?
Contractions are getting crazy strong! Anything over 80 is considered a "strong" contraction. The ones I'm having are hitting 160+ !

It could be that they are just really close together .... what time is your appointment.... I would try walking to see if it helps

If you can go to your appointment early to walk around before if that's the same place you'll deliver because you might be in labor

@momofdeuce unfortunately its not. My hospital has clinics around our city so I go to a clinic 20 minutes away from the hospital

Its not painful just like an ugh feeling. Feels like those day before your period cramps

@mirandafamilyoc she better. Im so done. I know its usually 42 weeks but they said they wanna do it at 41 weeks and I'll be 41 Saturday😣
