Hey ladies, I have a huge question. My 6 month LO is out of town with her day for another week. She's been there for a week now. I've been pumping non stop and I'm starting to see a decrease in my flow. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do to help it? Oh I also have a sinus infection and they game me steroids as well as an antibiotic

I had an infection while i was breast feeding, the doc put me on antibiotics that dried me up 😞 broke my heart because i wanted to continue bf

Antibiotics decrease your supply. I used MotherLove More Milk to increase my supply. Took a couple days.

Internal. It tastes terrible so I mix it with a acidic juice and down it like a shot.
