My insurance strictly covers the pill. The mini pill isn't an option for me so I'm paying 1800 dollars to get the iud... like how does the government think this is ok? @beebaby

That's so dumb. But I understand that reasoning. I just think it's ridiculous that even though I'm considered low income and fit the qualifications for state insurance (even though I can't get it) I don't have coverage like low income mothers get. But I guess private insurance doesn't care lol uhg @beebaby

I don't even qualify because I'm not an American citizen yet. So until that happens I pay ridiculous amounts of money for private that doesn't even cover anything lol @beebaby

Right @jsco my insurance doesnt cover the Nexplanon I was so mad because thats the one I wanted to get on smh so im getting the Mirena/IUD on Friday it was either that or the pill.
