@mrsmord, @mommy2benntley, I just went and looked at it, it didn't break it just fell down. So I guess it just needs to be nailed back together? Lol
Split the cost that's what we did with ours when I was little

Whoever put the fence up originally. If you guys or the previous owner installed the fence, being that it was the wind, I'd say you have to put it back up. Or vice versa.
