Mommas who had really bad morning sickness.. what did you do to help from puking so much!? My little sister has morning sickness really bad and I dont have many tips to give her. I am hopin you ladies can help me out!

Chewing mint gum, dr. Pepper, snack constantly, slurpees, popsicles, suckers.
I swore by Preggie Pops/Drops, she can get them at Babies R Us and they are specifically made to help with nausea. She could also try mixing some ginger in with her drink, it naturally reduces nausea.

@adrianasmtz1994 just has morning sickness bad. The poor girl pukes up just about everything. I puked like twice. I felt nauseaus all the time but thats it.

drink some Gatorade or sprite it helped me and they say eating crackers can help too

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
