Could possibly just be urine from baby pushing on bladder or could be leaking fluid

It could trickle. Wear a pad if it fills up, contact an on call doctor immediately.

Smell it to see if it's urine..and if not do as the above comment wear a pad and if it starts filling up contact doc immediately

You could leak from your water bag I would smell it to make sure it's not urine then call your doc
