Ok mamas I need some advice/help. I had my period about a week and a half ago well it ended 2 days early. I am taking birth control pills. The past few days I have had the worst back pain and mild cramping. Tonight I started spotting. I have never had this happen in between periods. I took a pregnancy test Sunday and it came back negative. I was showing some symptoms that concerned me of being pregnant. Well those symptoms have not changed but the cramps are new and the spotting is new. Has this happened to anyone if so do you have any advice?
