The pads, still using tha witch hazel pads but tha water bottle was EVERYTHING!!! Warm water n epson salt i used it a few times a day. It made a big difference.

Spray, the which hazel pads, the HUGE hospital pads and the underwear. But the one that helped me the most was the which hazel pads. But then I ran out and couldn't find any at the store so😭😭

The spray and perineal bottle are lifesavers !! I always carried extra spray and bottle and pads in my purse!!
