Spray, the which hazel pads, the HUGE hospital pads and the underwear. But the one that helped me the most was the which hazel pads. But then I ran out and couldn't find any at the store so😭😭
I had a c section so I used the underwear and spray bottle
The spray and perineal bottle are lifesavers !! I always carried extra spray and bottle and pads in my purse!!
Soooooo you guys, I had the twins March 11 at 9:17 and 9:23 💙💙💙 they decided they couldn’t wait any longer. But they’re doing fine. Nolan (baby A) 4.1lbs and Nilan(baby B) 4.4lbs they aren’t on oxygen but they’re in the NICU but everything is looking good for them. Pictures of them coming soon, but they’re both so handsome💙😩😩
This chick that works with my boyfriend really confessed her love to my man and then went into tears when he rejected her. The pads, still using tha witch hazel pads but tha water bottle was EVERYTHING!!! Warm water n epson salt i used it a few times a day. It made a big difference.
