I went back to work, got a new job bc I didn't want to return to my old. Because I'm in training I've only been able to pump once each 8-hour day, at lunch. This leaves about 5 hours between pumps. I usually go longer than that overnight so I didn't think it would be a problem but I think I broke my right boob. It won't nurse/pump down to a normal size and it hurts. I'm only getting about half the normal amount from it and it feels like there is a rock in there. I think it must be a clogged duct. What can I do to help it go back to normal?? It's so painful! 😫
opinions on the eye ointment at birth? at first I didn't want her to get it but now I'm thinking about just delaying it for an hour. ideas?
Been having contractions off and on for about an hour thinking should I go to the hospital .

I'm looking through my photos and I found one of my SO and I. I'm now thinking about how obsessed with him I am. I wanna see you and your man! Go! 😊
I'm havin some contractions that are about 20 minutes apart and lasting 3 minutes. It's been pretty consistent for almost 2 hours. Is this the beginning of labor? My doctor said if I had 6 in an hour to go to L&D but I only had 4 in an hour. I'm 32 weeks with twins.
Breastfeeding moms: so I am planning on going on a 3 day vacation with my hubby & a bunch of friends to Catalina in May, (my baby won't be going with us) and I do not wanna be pumping and dumping every 2 hours out there.. so if I don't pump or breastfeed for 3-4 days, will my milk supply drop significantly? 😩😩 & I don't know how I'm gonna deal with the engorgement pain if I can't find time to pump out there.
Damn girl Liberty Dental Plan actually has a room just to pump. Try taking a hot shower and let the water hit you straight on your shoulder blades on your back it will help it will help with the clogged duct as well as let the water hit your arm cause that is where it will hurt the most
