So I took a walk today. Didn't know it was 83 degrees and my hair sweated really bad so I washed it. Now my mom is pissed. She says "you're not supposed to raise your hands above your head while pregnant it could cause the umbilical cord to wrap around the babys neck" Any truth to this?????

I've never heard of that before. I did everything while I was pregnant as if I wasn't until the Dr said not too.
