No it will mainly effect you because the baby takes all your nutrients, vitamins and minerals to build itself. So you will feel the effects of not having enough vitamins such as bone density, muscle cramps and aches and so on.

I have a very sensitive tummy. I took natures made pills and that is the only brand that didn't make me feel horribly nauseaus. But in turn I have terrible morning sickness. So I'm getting sick regardless

I couldn't take them with my first and my ob just suggested I change up my diet to supplement all the nutrients that baby needs. So more red meat for iron and more dairy for calcium and so on.

I take a nausea pill 30 minutes before then lay down for bed and take my prenatal.. my doctors always said take it at night when you won't be moving around as much

Definitely try taking it a night first!
