I think I lost part of my mucus plug this morning but don't really know and didn't think anything really of it but now I'm wondering how much of a plug do you loose? Like how big or amount is it? This is my first baby and at the doctor yesterday I was one cm and 30% effaced. I'm trying to just figure it all out please help

I lost parts of my mucus plug for two days. It was a ton. I ended up having my daughter three days after I started losing it. I was 37 weeks and 1 day when I had her.
