I have had the birth control implant called Nexplanon (bad spelling) for over a year. Since having it, I haven't had any bleeding or spotting. Today I have spotting but no cramps. Can this be the return of my period or something more? Anyone have a similar issue?
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I need some advice. Me and my fiancé are currently trying to become pregnant and haven't had success is there anything you guys have tried to get pregnant? Also I was on the depo shot for 3& a half years I've been off it for a year and a half now and never got my period back. But a couple weeks ago I had some spotting with blood. It lasted a couple days and went away then yesterday I had some spotting this time with no blood. I'm really trying to have a baby soon. It's all me and my fiancé have ever wanted I'm just curious if anyone had some advice thankyou!
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

@ftm_0223, it didn't quite hurt but it didn't feel too great. What actually hurt most was the shots to numb the surrounding area. They sterilize it the same way the prep for surgery. The healing time was pretty quickly. I don't look forward to getting it removed lol
