@charmed040309, yes, she won't sleep out of our bed. What I mean is, I'll put her down in my bed, then step out to do something, like shower or clean. Then 2 hours later she's up & unless it's a nap, i have to lay with her in my bed until she's asleep again.

@snosmond, have you tried telling her big girls get their own bed. I never had this, but maybe see if there's a book or toy she might want and reward her when she sleeps in her own bed

Yes, we call it her Big Girl Bed & even went out & got some toys she wanted & told her if she sleeps in the BGB she can get them. She talks about it & will sit in it for like 5 minutes but that's it. I'm really trying to avoid any version of the cry it out method.

My daughter was like that and I had to try that method because nothing was working. She was going on two years old. It was hard listening to her cry. I stood outside her door and when she came out had to put her back. It took three days of doing this and sometimes like a big baby I'd cry because I felt like a horrible mom but it worked. And she's 5 now. Still doing good but I sneak in her room to sleep with her sometimes and she does the same. With the new baby I'm having to start all over. Good luck mom!
