Just saw you wrote them a letter, good idea! I actually saw someone did that on an hgtv show and their dog was what helped since the seller had the same type of dog

Thank you! I actually included in the offer a letter to the seller telling her how I can picture my son growing up and playing in that house and how it's the perfect one for our family. I also included a picture of us as a family. The agent said the seller was so moved by our letter that she chose us 😊 @hiswifetheirmama
