I clean berries and freeze them in small freezer bags. A few hours and they're ready to go. @ncmomma

Did you guys give these to your babies before giving them meshed food ?

@sillyval0920 Mashed? I gave this to my son when he just turned 5 months, he had just started solids.

@sarisings, oh okay that was question i havnt started my daughter on solids so I didn't know if I should start giving her frozen fruit

It's up to you, just don't give her a different fruit until after a few days so you can make sure she isn't allergic. If you're nursing you can freeze your breast milk.
