I mixed old breastmilk + whole wheat flour and applied it to my face :) cuz I felt bad to throw it away.

Any other ideas for using old breastmilk that baby refuses to drink?

Is there a lactation nurse on here? Does lemongrass tea increase breastmilk supply? And also what can I drink to increase my breastmilk production?

Opinions on formula

What formula is closest to breastmilk ? I don’t plan on breastfeeding this time so I’m wanting to find formula that is closest to breastmilk 💙

I quit smoking cold turkey as soon as I found out I was pregnant, my son is now 3 weeks old & I breastfeed as well as supplement formula. But if I started back smoking will that affect my breastmilk?
