Did you throw up last night? That could be another reason the muscles are tight. Throwing up puts a strain on your abdominal muscles

Could have been that you strained your muscles and today they're tight now. Round ligament muscles tighten and can ache as they stretch to support your growing belly.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
