FTM looking for Advice from Mommies!
I don't like googling everything because google doesn't have a degree in anything and never gave birth, etc. Hospital nor OB didn't give me a list of things to put in a baby/diaper/hospital bag.
Note: I've asked constantly for a list of some kind.
I know the basics - I have baby's first blanket, wipes, some diapers, first outfit and socks. Am I missing anything? I'm getting another bag for me and my convenience at the hospital when the time comes. I'm not sure what all i need. I know about a change of clothes, tooth brush and paste, hair brush, deodorant, pillow. I figured I'd ask because some people probably brought everything they knew they needed but eventually found out they missed a few things here and there for some reason or other ya know? I prefer getting answers from actual people than the internet.

My hospital provided everything I needed and if there was something, my husband or mom ran out to get it. You can contact hospital to see what they'll provide- usually diapers and wipes they give. Take chargers. And a nice pillow.

I personally brought a going home outfit for me an my baby. Tooth brush, tooth paste hair brush make up. Socks for in labor. A camera, my phone an chargers..a baby book for footprints, a special hat when she was born, an a few others for later, a blanket, socks, purse an that was it! The hospital provided mesh underwear an pads, numbing spray an i wore my hospital gown the whole time, an provided diapers wipes an everything for the baby. I wish I would've brought my boppy pillow. An i also brought my breast pump but I never used it @jerin

I'd also suggest bringing loose fitting clothes to go home in. I brought leggings an they were so uncomfortable an sore

Your hospital should provide diapers wipes etc call L &D and see. Bring comfy clothes! Shower essentials, toothpaste and brush, hair ties omgsh! Phone and charger you don't need as much as google says you'll end up bringing it home un used.
