I can't sleep... im up worried that i embraced myself in front of my friends. I had two beers and felt like i had ten, i was loud and just couldn't really focus on what was said and I just wasn't myself.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
