I'm on tons of medication for ppd and I'm stressed about weight gain. I'm currently taking
Prozac
Trileptal and
Risperdal
did anyone gain weight on the following? did anyone have any side effects?
@kailey.gallentine I'm trying to! I was in a physc. hospital so I was barely discharged yesterday. They had me on a 51/50 so I have to go see a physc doctor to talk about my meds but I have to wait a couple weeks. 😭😭😭😭 I'm dying lol this medicine sucks. I feel like a zombie!
If you don't like the way it makes you feel or you notice anything you're uncomfortable with then ask to switch
I'm on lexapro for my ppd and it's amazing
Makes me feel like a normal person again
if you continue to have problems, i have used Lamictal for years with no weight gain
@kelleycrew7362 did you gain weight on it? ugh right!!!! I feel like I'm in a dream 24/7. 😕
I agree with @erica.morales718, lithium and sequel were harsh so make a list or chart and keep record of how you feel etc. weigh gain is the most common side affect I was on risperdal recently and I hated how it made me feel so wishy washy and tired ! Best of luck also talking to others and a counselor or therapist works wonders for your PPD if you need someone who's been there you have a listening ear
@erica.morales718 how much weight did you gain? and yes I feel so freaking zombie like. I was in the physciatric hospital and they basically drugged me lol.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Ahhh gotcha! Well glad you're a little better! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 just hunker down and do what they tell you to in order to switch to something better for you and your lifestyle. You can just jump straight in, gotta take the road they want unfortunately lol
