Massage the outside of his nose to loosen it. Then with his breathing it should make its way to the front

Buy some of the little noses saline spray/drops. I used to do a few drops on each side then sit baby up for a few minutes then suction. I wouldn't use the spray in my until he was older cause I felt the spray would be too harsh
