Has anybody done or going to do a lotus birth? If u have done it what was your experience?

What's a lotus birth

I really considered it, but after reading that there really aren't too many benefits past a few minutes of being connected, I opted out because once the placenta is exposed for longer periods of time, it becomes vulnerable to infections that can be passed to your newborn

@gabriellerose its where the baby's umbilical cord is not cut it falls off naturally its supposed to give the baby all the extra stem cells that they want u to sell because the hospital uses them or sell them their self

@brbsmomma there is a way to care for it so it doesn't get infected
