So I just found out that my sister was super upset because my mom's cousin decided to throw me a baby shower. Apparently, my sister has had a baby shower planned for awhile and wanted it to be a surprise for me and the babies and join it with my birthday in june. My mom told me all this and said my sister called her up crying because she had all this planned and then called the other person and told her and my mom's cousin just sat on the phone laughing at her crying and said "haha. I did it first". Like why? Why would you be so mean? And then tell my mom "either you show up, or just fucking dont" like ummm excuse me! That's my mother and my sister two of the only people I have anymore. I want then at my babu shower and for her not to be acting like a total fucking bitch. Now my sister isn't going and my mom said the only reason she'd go is to drive me there and back otherwise she wouldn't go. This girl already put on fb a invite list of people! all of which I don't know if don't like! And told me her And my sister decided to do the party together... why you lying?

@august2017babe I think it's about her. It's not going to be about the babies or me it's going to be about her. She hasn't asked me anything. Hasn't asked who I'd like to invite. If I have any friends that'll like to come or anything

@brooklynnsmommy I know but I see her point. She doesn't do well with stuff like this. Especially since she's had my niece and my dad dying so when she gets her feelings hurt she just really shuts down and doesn't want anything to do with the people
@august2017babe thanks. I'd just rather my sister throw it and no one come than go to a baby shower where there is a bunch of people that I don't know or like there. All thus is stressing me out and making me depressed. I want my sister to be apart of it but doesn't seem like that'll happen

SO my mom has been very negative about the baby my entire pregnancy. Especially in the beginning, she said the most HORRIBLE things about me, my DH and my unborn baby. Like that I was making a big mistake, that I was making her 2015 the worst year ever... etc etc. Even when she would do nice things she made me feel like I was a HUGE inconvenience and a burden to her. She told me to definitely NOT expect a shower or anything like that from her. Fine, whatever...
I told my friend my mom wants to throw me a baby shower and write on the invite "monetary gifts only" and he told me that people aren't trying to pay for my "gas bill" I'm offended because a lot of money goes into a baby shower, and if you're gonna give me a 10$ blanket from Ross that I probably won't even use it's a waste. I rather use those 10$ for my honest company diaper subscription.
Will your Mom be in the delivery room?
My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

My parents practically said 'no ones perfect' and my dad thinks I'm over reacting pressing charges on my sister and her Bf. Told me that I shouldn't be involving the rest of my siblings.
