Yeah it means he's never satisfied he is going to how hard time adapting to change he likes things the way he likes things. I looked up the symptoms and it just fits.

It's hard to take him places because you'll be fine for 20 minutes and then he'll just start screaming and there's nothing I can do to calm down.
