I really wish I was allowed to sleep on my back, getting a good nights sleep or sleeping at all is nearly impossible these days!

Girl tell me about it! I'm about 12 months pp and I'm now paying for the way I slept. My right hip is so out of place it's worse now sleeping then being pregnant 😩
I put two pilliows my back on each side to sleep on my back but kinda sideways that wat I did to sleep and my dr was ok with it @missromans
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?

Last week at therapy I had 3 therapists helping me do one stretch! 😂😩 I felt so embarrassed lol
