Try vagisil, if that doesn't work then try monistat. Vagisil helps if it's just itching, but if it's more than itching then it might be a yeast infection which can be treated with monistat

If you have a hose showerhead you can spray cool water on it. Or just an ice pack or cold rag while laying with your feet propped ☺
