Kinda tmi but my vagina and clit are so swollen and irritated. It hurts but itches and idk what to do for some relief someone please any ideas

Try vagisil, if that doesn't work then try monistat. Vagisil helps if it's just itching, but if it's more than itching then it might be a yeast infection which can be treated with monistat

If you have a hose showerhead you can spray cool water on it. Or just an ice pack or cold rag while laying with your feet propped ☺
