My mother in law started feeding my husband's siblings baby cereals two weeks after birth and they slept through the night. I'm breastfeeding 3months old baby. Should I start feeding cereals?
I'm so tired enough to think I wanna escape from this situation.. n I can't get any helps from both parents or other people now...

I put 1 and a half table spoons of rice cereal in my sons 6 oz bottle. When he was on 4 oz bottle i put 1 table spoon in 4 oz of formula @doo778
I wouldn't give cereal this young. It really has no nutritional value and is empty calories. It will not make baby sleep through the night or sleep longer. I thought it would and it absolutely didn't. Babies just need time. My brother didn't sleep through the night until he was 3 years old. My son started at 4 months old. Biggest thing is to stop nighttime feedings or else baby will continue to wake up.
@noahs.mommy, I'd rather wanna wait too! Actually my MIL said she put 2tablespoons of cereal in the milk, not all of cereals! N all of 4 siblings are just healthy!
I started feeding my son rice cereal at 6 weeks old and he started sleeping through most of the night but i had to start giving it to him because he had colic and i only gave it to him because my mom started giving me rice cereal at just a few weeks old too it will not hurt your baby what so ever
I know it's hard, but cereal is more harm than good. My baby just started sleeping better. We still have bad nights. It's just something im used to now! He will sleep better when he's ready and breastfed babies don't typically sleep through the night until older!
The best thing is not to go with what others did with their babies . I would do my research on that because they don't need cereal that young unless they have acid reflex
