Could be from something you ate, but sometimes it means the baby is getting too much fore milk when nursing. Especially if it is green and frothy! Best way to fix that is to have the baby nurse a little longer on one side before switching. But if it happens occasionally and not all the time then it's nothing to worry about 😄

Sometimes it could just be you had something with more iron in it. That could be iron fortified poop.

My baby had green seedy poop today. She's Allergic to cows milk though so she's breast an formula fed but I gave her all. Breastmilk yesterday @kambam
