Melatonin is already in our body's that will just inhance it. I also don't like the idea but my little sister uses it and it helps her.

@masonsmom0609 i know it may seem like im creepin posting on something from two days ago 😂 buuuut.... my son is two, his father(my husband) has SERIOUS insomnia (he has since he was a young boy) his daughter has it, aaaaand my son was diagnosed with insomnia (at freaking two!) He wakes up by 9 am, doesnt take naps, and is a very high energy never stops moving child, yet he still wont fall asleep until 2-3am.... i took him to the dr and they suggested giving this exact product but i suggest talking honestly with his doctor they can give you a schedule as to how to administrator it the best way for your child... my son takes 1/4 of a pill every other night so his body doesnt become immune

I'm just really paranoid about medication. I really don't like the idea if the medication for him when I can just deal with him and do everything anti-meds. For situation like yours it's needed. My sister in-law gives it to her son twice a day and I just think it's ridiculous cause the child doesn't need it. I bought the medication and used it once. I believe it was the cold medication that I was giving him that period of time so I stopped giving it to him and he's been fine. @b3autifulm3ss
