Their suppose to dissolve. You can take a bath and let them come out. I believe you're suppose to poop at least once everyday. Ask your dr for stool softener pilla

I had to poop the day of my delivery ! My stitches started falling out on their own, because they dissolve an can come out when you wipe after the bathroom. Don't be alarmed if you see little pieces coming out lol @nahla I was soooo terrified to poop that night I was freaking out an panicking amazingly it didn't hurt. Just scary for the first week

Yeah they are so ooooooh horrible. How bad were your tearing??? I personally tore deep inside I didn't tear the perineum. But man did it hurt an still does from time to time. The peri bottle is amazing. @nahla

Did the hospital give you dermoplast?

To be honest I have no idea. My boyfriend said I torn inside and down. It took him a good while to stitch me up. The whole time I was doing skin to skin. When I sit down it feels like they're going to rip out 😢 and I don't know what a dermoplast is @aliakr

Dermoplast is this, it's a numbing spray. This was amazing an helped me sooo much I went through 2 cans in the hospital. .I promise you it will help you soo much an make sitting bearable. If the hospital doesn't have I suggest telling your boyfriend to get you some asap. Walmart should have it @nahla

I got cut 2 times vajaja and my tummy. My vajaja stitches were the dissolved ones my stitches in my tummy I removed them myself at home. As I was healing my skin pushed them out. I was cut straight down the middle. Using the BR... smh I hated going but I had too. Thankfully I had some stool softener. I don't want to go through that again.

They give you ice pack? And hemorrhoid pads? I would do the spray then put the ice pack in undies and layer the hemmorrhoid pads on top of that and it would numb me pretty good. When pain would start again I would do again. Don't be afraid to ask for more stuff, they charge you an arm and leg anyways.
