Any suggestions on how to increase my milk production? I have just returned to work this week and I am not producing…

This helped my supply increase after a couple days of use.

Fenugreek, blessed thistle, fennel, bakers yeast... or you can buy mothers milk tea but that junk is strong and made me sick.

@daradee01, thats what my lactation consultant recommended to me and eat a shit ton of oatmeal... you can look up lactation recipes on Pinterest too

@lovin2bhome I have been using brewers yeast to increase my supply and I have everything except the oat meal so that I can make me some lactation cookies

I had to hunt my stuff down The Vitamin Shop, GNC, Walmart, and Rite Aid is where I go scavenger hunting once a month
