So I've been worried about posting this but I need some emotional help. Today at my appointment I found out I have chlamydia. I'm taking antibiotics already, but when I told my (now ex) husband, he told me that he's clean and I didn't get it from him but he was the last person I had sex with, obviously. He said he got tested in January but it doesn't make sense in how I have it. He said that I got it from the baby and I'm like hell now, dude you can't!
I'm so pissed because my ex before him was tested and he's clean as well like I knew he would be because we always made sure we had nothing!
Someone please, help me out here because I'm crying my eyes out and don't know what to do! 😭😭💔

I would assume your ex is mistaken and either wasn't tested at that time or he was with someone between the time he was tested and the time you two were intimate. I think when someone is told a previous partner has an STD they're probably in denial or don't want to accept responsibility. Maybe he will get (re?)tested and see if he has it or was a carrier for it and contact you as needed? I have no experience or advice. I'm sorry you're going through this. I hope the meds work quickly for you.

My ex boyfriend was tested three moths ago which was the last time we had sex. So he would've known by then and my ex husband said he was tested in January and was clean and I'm sitting here like how the hell did I get it then?! I'm so lost. @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom, thank you hon.. @august2017babe, I went in to see my doctor a month ago and complained about a UTI and they checked me for EVERYTHING. They came back and said I just had a UTI and I was fine.. and then I get a pap done at my first appointment with my OB and I have it... like what... @lovefaithkindness,

I found out I had chlamydia with my first born too it ..if your ex was the last person u had sex with then you had to get it from him..

I don't know.. he's in the military so he has to get checked so often... he got it once when he was 17 and I was told that it can live in your stomach and come back... @jazzyjazz,

Ok this is gonna sound crazy but similar happened with my husband. And he doesn't have chlymidia but he has it deep in his balls. He's going to be on a treatment for an enlarged prostate. I freaked out too but he had it long time ago and it came back because some bacteria stayed. If that makes you feel better
