If you're breast feeding you can use breast milk.

My son had really bad dry skin around his ankles and it worried me but the nurse said that it wasn't bothering him only me and it would clear up. I couldn't express breast milk well so I just waited it out and it cleared up 😅

My baby went through the same thing when he was small and I just left it alone. Eventually it went away
