If its a noticeably larger or smaller breast you can try a diff flange size. Or nurse the opposite breast while pumping the lame one.

I asked the same question a while ago and its normal. One breast is a slacker.

I know about that but i have milk and it wont come out other then when my daughter eat off of that side or if i hand express and when i pump it wont come out for some reason but i leak like crazy from that side to. I might try using my hand pump again on that side.@embracemthrhd2

I just wish i had time to hand express because it come out like crazy and i feel so much better when i am doing it so i know i am full but not engorged. @kambam

I used to hand pump because thst was the only way i could get my milk out but now the Electric pump is doing the job i think my boobs have a love hate relationship with these pumps.@embracemthrhd2
