Ladies how do u all juggle work n childcare? Since having Olivia the thought of leaving her to go to work frigtens me 😔. I was hoping to carry on nannying so i could take her with me but those type of nanny jobs are like gold dust so i migth have to put her in nursery or with a childminder. She will only be 6mths. Is that too young? I dont have much of a choice as my maternity leave will b ending in july

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

So I've made it pretty clear that I want to buy my daughter her fist Halloween costume. Her babysitter/nanny keeps saying she wanted to make her one. I told her yesterday that I wanted to find her something that my SO and I could dress up as a family. So I told her I am going to get it. So someone contacted me waiting me to watch her son four days a week for $150/wk. I had to tell her that even if someone worked for $10/hr it only pays for a day and a half in my opinion?
I mean maybe I’d do it for $300? But the $150 I just can’t see if being worth it to me

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
My sister had to go back to work both times when my niece & nephew were 6months. I've had to go back This time when Max was 7 1/2months. Try and find a nursery where you can work & Olivia can go as well. That's what I've managed to do & it's really nice. I get discount off childcare plus Max is in the room I'm in. Morgan is downstairs but I still see him now and then during the day.
