Or tell the court everything to prove he's done nothing an doesn't care so you'll get full rights

You have to take him to court and PROVE he's unfit for your daughter.

exactly! because rigjt now he's not her father legally. he wasn't here when she was born, he never signed the birth certificate so he basically doesn't exist. if he wants rights he has to take me to court for a paternity test @kimgonzalez27

so if you want full custody don't put your babies father on the birth certificate. it's your choice @kimgonzalez27

You'll be a great mama !! you have to show him a positive example of a man. your babies father sounds jusy like mines. only cares when it's convenient an he hasn't done a think financially either. it never gets better once their born. your making the right move !!! an if in fact he does step up am want to be a good father an be there, you can always pit him on the birth certificate later @kimgonzalez27

@kimgonzalez27, actually it depends on the state!!! Here in California it only establishes paternity it doesn't establish custody!! They only way it's split is if you're married. Any unwed mother has "100%" custody until there are court ordered papers stating otherwise

Yeah so far it's tough. but family is definitely helping me. it's been 2 months an he still has yet to meet her or try to meet her. I'm done waiting on him to change. life goes on. when your beautiful baby is here that's all you'll focous on, an he'll become a distant memory @kimgonzalez27

It will! you'll never forget him, because he gave you a beautiful blessing...a beautiful baby. but you move on an realize you basically live for your child! it will all make sense an fall into place when your baby is born. for now try not to stress out or worry to much it's hard on you an your baby. @kimgonzalez27 :)

Ahh ok! Well sorry I couldn't be more of help! And I know exactly how you feel. I was abused my whole pregnancy and baby daddy wanted my daughter to have his last name and gave me so much shit for it and made me cry in the hospital the day she was born telling me what a shitty person I was for not giving her his last name and blah blah blah 🙄 so I totally getcha! If you ever need to talk I'm here! I've been through it all lol
