So I'm trying to apply for WIC and I currently am unemployed and live with my Fiancés and his parents, they told me that they need all their proof income and how much they make a week/month, his parents don't pay for anything of ours or the baby. And if I give WIC their income we won't qualify because his parents make too much.
My son and I are both on medicaid so he automatically is eligible.
Anything I can do about this?

Yes they're just giving you a hard time. Sometimes you gotta get ugly with those people!
Right!!! They start you out at 9 cans and then when your baby is 4 months they give you 10 cans. It's helped SO much with Karoline and her crazy eating habits

And @korahleah_11, is right! If you're on Medicaid then you automatically qualify for WIC. So whoever you got that day is giving you a hard time. Just give them your info and that's all they need
As long as you claim yourself on your taxes and so does you fiancé then they technically don't need his parents info. And if you aren't married then also technically they only need your info.
Take a letter from them saying you live there but you prepare meals separately..
And if they don't support you they don't need their income!
If your on Medicaid you automatically qualify for WIC so they shouldn't ask for theirs.
Well they asked if I lived on my own and I said no, then they asked if I stayed with anyone I'm not going to lie lol @js_kidsmom,
@mxday_ she can't say they rent a room because the rent the parents pay for the room qualifies as income.
You should of never said they live there. You just give them that its you and baby.

You give them your husband's income tell them that they're renting your fiance & you a room in their house
They didn't ask me for any income they said if I got food stamps or Medicaid or tanf I didn't have to prove what my income was all I needed to show them was proof of where I live.
You give them YOUR income not anyone else's. they aren't supporting your child you are.
They never asked me for my fathers income

They said when i have the baby i have to "reapply" because im applying for the baby and my self now. And i have to bring everything i did when i first applied. Okay that was proof of address birth letter and proof of income. Okay well ill be on maternity leave so proof of income will be this paycheck is my last. So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. @mamaamari, because they are trying to give you less. If they know you live with other people they will try and turn you down. Tell them you don't have a job.
