How do I change my status to not pregnant anymore I went to where it said my status but it's only letting me change the weeks

How do I change my status to not pregnant anymore I went to where it said my status but it's only letting me change the weeks
Click that you want to edit you kids, where it says "status" change it from pregnant to mom by clicking on it, you should be able to add your other child then.
