I remember that feeling it's just stuck I usually shower than pump or get a hand pump and pump in the bath tub :(

im pumping & barely any milk is coming out 😞 i usually pump 4 oz from each boob & right now only 1 or 2 oz is coming out of each @presleymom

I understand the pain 🤢. Uhg pump a lot even after it goes away cuz it can come back

I've had it 3 times it's horrible the fever comes quick
