Only tried once. Was wondering if it's worth drinking 3xs a day everyday. Reviews???

Its been a topic before and i saw that a bunch of women liked it so i was just thinking about trying it today as well.

If more milk is your goal ,yes its worth it..drink with honey tho ,sugar doesn't help with the taste@natalieibarra

I found this works but u don't get enough for how much it costs! Fenugreek supplements are cheaper and u get more in a bottle!

You're welcome .. I only drank 2 and took fenugreek ..but my bestie she drank more and ate oatmeal which helps drastically as well@natalieibarra

@embracemthrhd2, tell me how it works out for ya. I haven't been able to make any yet beside the one cup. I don't mind the flavor it tastes like this Mexican tea called "yerbaniz" really good 👌🏻
