Is there such thing as postpartum when a baby is three months?

I'm really starting to feel different ways but I'm scared to talk to anyone ☹️

My doctor told me that anything before a month or two was just the baby blues and afterwards comes postpartum depression. It's possible to get it even if baby is thirteen months old!

Don't ever feel judged about speaking up and out :) The fact that you acknowledge and know something might be up and you want help/relief from it just shows how much of a great mother you are!

There's a ppd group if you're interested. Message @heera to add you. They are a very supportive group
