What do y'all do to help subside nausea?

Dang. Yeah mine isn't to the point of throwing up but it's there and sucks. I have spearmint gum I chew but I'm wanting something that's actually for pregnancy @charmed040309,

@jgh2398, mine helped a lil bit, but when I read if taken throughout my pregnancy it can cause birth defects and labor problems I stopped

Ya when I went to get my pregnancy confirmed the lady asked me if I was feeling nauseous and I said a lil and she gave me this small pill to sit under my tongue and dissolve and I just want to do something more natural

@jgh2398, welcome hopefully that helps. I refused the medicine my obgyn gave me so I did something else
