Well...my SO has a son who is 4 yrs old. The biological mother's boyfriend took the son behind my SO's back and left to go meet up with the biological mom.
Well anyway...It's been a year since that's happened. My SO just talked to me about donating his son's clothes because by now they won't fit and he won't be able to get his son back any time soon. It kills me to see him so upset...and there's times I hate myself for being pregnant as if I'm somehow purposely replacing his son. I would ask him if he's ok with our little girl and he tells me he is happy. I can somewhat believe it but then again I can see him so depressed from the loss of his son. I'm afraid he'll keep his distance from me and the baby until he somehow gets his son back. Eventually he will. I know his son will be back with us again and it will be a happier time. I just hope everything, after our baby girl is born, will be good and not falling to pieces.

Isnt that kidnapping especially since the guy is not his father and it wasn't his mother who came and got him. I would have called the cops. Also if he had custody you can take her to court to get him back

I called the cops but they didn't do anything. My SO was chasing after him until he got pulled over but the policeman didn't do anything. Plus he can't find her to bring her to court for custody rights and everything. It's a long process my SO has to go through. The biological mother neglected his son and other stuff. There's alot that has been noted to high authorities but without knowing where she is with his son they can't do anything about it. She needs to show up for the court hearings for anything to be finalized and fixed
