What temp is warm enough for my baby to just go out in an outfit/not have a cover on his carseat

How old is your baby?

He's 7weeks. However I don't think it'll be warm enough for another month or so @carann112

It was around 74 degrees when my baby was born & he was out with just a onesie & socks

It's probably fine for him when it's the same temp out side as it is in side your house?! I had a summer baby so she didn't have to have much blankets when she was first born
