I understand. When my baby was first born I didn't have any appetite either. I'm guessing it's hormones not coincidence. The cookies are delish. They lasted me a week but that's cause I liked them so much I was constantly eating them 🙈🙊good luck! Hope everything works out!

And eat! You need to eat and drink plenty of water or at least any juice. That really effects your supply. You don't eat, the baby doesn't eat. You need to have plenty of nutrition and take your prenatal or postnatal vitamins because that baby sucks the life out of you.
I got the cookie mix on Amazon. And I breastfeed regular on demand. Not more. I don't even pump cause I stay at home. He breastfeeds throughout the night and day.

I bought lactation cookies mix when my supply was decreasing and made it fresh. It's about 20$ but you make like 20 cookies or more. Also make sure you're drinking plenty of water, and eating enough(3-4 meals and3 snacks) at least... Oatmeal is good, apricots, sometimes McDonald's even helps because it's high calorie.
When I didn't eat enough and drink water my supply decreased dramatically. Also nourishing powder for smoothies is great too.
Feed her every 2 hours and or when she look like she is hungry and then pump after feeding her.
@6.5.16 how often, and should i pump? Also my baby has gained her birth wait back, so im not feeding every 3 hours . Only when she is rooting around

Well AF showed up yesterday afternoon...Hopefully cycle #4 will be more successful! Anyone around the same cycle day? ?
My baby was on enfamil gentlease but he was throwing up with it so they switched him to enfamil nutramigen and hes throwing up a ton more with it like alot hes been on it since 9/20 what should i do?
Honestly I don't know I didn't pump. But he was eating a lot cause he was throwing up out of his nose and mouth I was over feeding him apparently. Lol
